The original manual process production line required 60 people to collaborate to complete the workload, but now this automated production line only requires two people at most. Not to mention saving manpower, the key is that the product qualification rate is 99.95%, the efficiency is saved by about 30%, and the safety performance is greatly improved. These production lines assembled with top global brands have realized information-based automated control of the entire production process, and are committed to creating high-quality "green products" and contributing to energy conservation and environmental protection."

According to reports, Henan Hongxinghua Aluminum Co., Ltd. has carried out intelligent transformation and iteratively upgraded the aluminum template production technology. The welding module uses the Finnish Kenbi welding system, the robot uses the German Kuka six-axis robot, the control system uses the German Siemens control module, and the hydraulic components are German Rexroth; in the welding process, a highly flexible robot is used, and the industry's first double-station cross welding technology is used. For the first time, the robot utilization rate reached 95%, far exceeding the 60% of its peers.
