Processing Services
Extrusion and Profile Pretreatment
- Process Key: Aluminum rod melting → Extrusion → Straightening → Cutting and blanking → Deburring.
- Applicable Materials: 6061, 6082.
- Output: Complex cross-section profiles, special-shaped grooves, and reinforcing ribs.
- Quality Inspection: Inspection for cross-sectional dimensions, appearance defects, extrusion porosity, and warpage.
Cutting And Sizing
- Process: CNC band saw, precision cutting machine, end chamfering.
- General Tolerance: Length ±0.2–0.5 mm; Precision cutting up to ±0.1 mm.
- Key Points: Cutting perpendicularity control, end face deburring, and batch length consistency.
- Quality Inspection: Vernier caliper/steel ruler spot checks, end face observation.
Coil Uncoiling, Leveling, And Shearing
- Process: Uncoiling – Leveling – Slitting/Crosscutting – Blanking.

Surface Treatment And Finishing
- Optional processes: Anodizing (natural/colored/hard), powder coating, liquid coating, brushing, polishing, sandblasting, and electroless plating.

Our Factory
Our 550-mu (1,677-acre) factory is equipped with an aluminum bar melting furnace, extrusion presses, and a CNC machining center. We mainly process 6061 and 6082 aluminum alloy profiles with a daily output of about 50 tons.
