Guangdong Hong Xing Hua Aluminum Co.,Ltd.. was established in 2018 and is located in the High-Tech Development Zone of Minquan County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province. The company boasts a complete production line encompassing aluminum alloy R&D, casting, extrusion, processing, installation, and recycling. It has built a 120,000-ton recycled aluminum melting and casting line and a 120,000-ton extrusion line annually, primarily producing aluminum formwork and supporting profiles.
Our Factory
Our factory, covering 550 mu (approximately 1,677 acres), is equipped with an aluminum bar melting furnace, extrusion presses, and a CNC machining center. It primarily processes aluminum alloy profiles such as 6061 and 6082. We can produce approximately 50 tons of aluminum profiles daily. Each product undergoes dimensional, hardness, and strength testing before shipment to ensure it meets the required drawing specifications.
Workshop Process
The workshop process begins with the recycling of used aluminum formwork, which is first crushed and then melted and cast into aluminum bars. The aluminum bars are then processed through an extruder into various aluminum profiles, which are then cut into formwork materials. The finished products are then installed on-site, with some materials recycled.
